As part of its professional development programme, the EFC promotes the next generation of foundation representatives’ skills, competencies and knowledge. The 2012 installment of the programme will benefit up to 15 foundation staff, who will be guided through the AGA and Conference (to be held 6 – 8 June in Belfast) and offered a number of tailor-made side activities. The Next Generation Programme aims to give participants the opportunity to meet and learn about peer’s work; to provide insight into issues relevant to philanthropy and their respective jobs; and to give an introduction to the international EFC community.
