The EFC, under the leadership of its Advocacy Task Force (ATF), is leading efforts to raise awareness and support for the European Foundation Statute among European and national stakeholders. There are different ways in which you can contribute:

Share your story and views

You are a foundation, an organisation, a citizen: share your stories and experience with the EFC about cross-border work and a possible European Foundation Statute, difficulties you have experienced when trying to operate across borders, how you would like to use a European Foundation Statute, how it would facilitate your work, new initiatives. Your input will help us strengthen the case for the EFS

Inform your political representatives!

You can help us raise awareness and support for the European Foundation Statute among national and European decision-makers.

Bring the issue to the attention of the competent ministries in your country, the persons responsible for internal market affairs and company law at the permanent representation to the EU of your country in Brussels, write to your members of the European Parliament.
