The new Vittore Branca Center scholarship announcement has been issued for residencies in the period April 2012 - April 2013.  The Vittore Branca International Center for the Study of Italian Culture offers two different kinds of scholarship to scholars wishing to spend a research period in Venice:

- three scholarships aimed at PhDs willing to spend a 6-month research period in Venice

- six scholarships aimed at post-docs willing to spend a 3-month research period in Venice

Candidates, who must not be over 35 years old on 31 January 2012, should propose a research topic focusing on the bequests and documents kept in the Giorgio Cini Foundation in Venice.
