On 3 March 2010 the European Commission is due to release its new ‘EU2020’ strategy, which will guide the policies of the EU in the next 10 years, to be discussed by EU heads of state and government at the Spring Summit with a view to reaching an agreement in June. On 15 January 2010 the EFC provided input in the context of the public consultation launched by the European Commission on the issue.
