The Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation is looking for an Interim Director of Programmes who will provide strategic grantmaking and management support to the foundation’s growing programme team, playing a leadership role in the startup phase of this new foundation. This one-year, contract assignment (with option for extension) is ideal for an innovative and analytical leader with a background in strategic grantmaking or management consulting, exposure to the environmental field, and interest or prior work experience in India. The position requires vision, excellent managerial skills, and a commitment to Shakti’s mission and approach.
