Join the 'we are more' campaign and act for culture!

The EFC encourages its members to support the 'we are more' campaign, a Europe-wide arts advocacy campaign that seeks to mobilise everyone who cares about culture in Europe to influence the political negotiations on the next EU budget (2014-2020).

The ultimate goal of the campaign is to contribute to a strengthened recognition of the role of arts and culture in the development of our European societies. More information about the concrete policy objectives of the campaign can be found here.

The we are more campaign is set up by Culture Action Europe – the umbrella advocacy organisation for the arts and culture in Europe. It is carried out in strategic partnership with the European Cultural Foundation. Culture Action Europe currently has over 100 members that together represent over 50.000 arts and culture players across Europe and beyond in more than 14 artistic disciplines. The campaign is run in an open source way, and provide tools on the campaign website that encourage and facilitate for the entire culture sector as well as individuals to get involved in and support the campaign.
