In cooperation with the European Commission’s Directorate-General of Education and Culture, the Belgian EU Presidency is organising the conference: “Youth on the Move – achieving mobility for all!” on 5-6 October 2010 in Antwerp.

The conference (consisting of plenary sessions and workshops) will examine the challenges in the field of European and global mobility by analysing the results of the Green Paper on promoting the learning mobility of young people, and the EU 2020 flagship initiative “Youth on the Move”. The workshops will deal with various aspects of mobility such as incentives, financing, types, quality, mobility and employability on the labour market, global mobility, the involvement of personnel in mobility and the implementation of the European Credit Transfer System/Diploma Supplement (ECTS/DS).
