Defines intermediary organisation as any organisation which acts as a broker, or as a go-between for a private company in order to develop its corporate citizenship practices. Typically the intermediaries are non-profit making and are well connected with voluntary and charitable organisations. The directory is organised country-by-country and provides information on some 80 European organisations which can help companies. Each section opens with a short overview which discusses the situation and trends in corporate citizenship in that particular Member State.
