• WINGS - Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support

• WINGS-CF
  Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support - Community Foundations (WINGS-CF) is a global network of associations of grantmakers and other grantmaker support organisations which are linked under the common goal to promote the development and work of community foundations around the world.   The Latin America Donor Index provides consolidates and provides free access to information about donors based in the Latin America, as well as in the United States and Europe.

Philanthropy Research Initiatives

• David Rockefeller Centre for Latin American Studies
  Program on Philanthropy, Civil Society and Social Change in the Americas (PASCA). Developed jointly with the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations, the program aims to promote and strengthen private philanthropy and civil society in the Americas. 
• Johns Hopkins Comparative Non-Profit Sector Project  
  The study includes comprehensive country-by-country analysis of the size, composition, financing and legal environment of the non-profit sector in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Venezuela. 
• LADARK - the Latin America Development Archive of the Johns Hopkins University
  Provides data sets and research papers on social and development issues in Latin America.

• Economic Commission on Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC)
  ECLAC is one of the five regional commissions of the United Nations. It provides analysis, research and statistical information on economic development in the region. 
• European Commission External Relations with Latin America and the Caribbean  
  Information on the EU's political, economic and social strategy, objectives and specific actions for the region.
• Inter-American Development Bank
  The Bank represents the oldest multilateral institution working in the region, facilitating economic and social development.
