The Routes to Resilience programme, established by the Impact Trust in collaboration with CISL-SA and the Grootbos Foundation, aims to develop leadership skills in sustainability practice and will focus on deepening your understanding of systems and systems-thinking, the nature of complex problems and the ways in which they can be tackled. 

Aimed at students between the ages of 16 and 18 years, who are interested in sustainable development, sustainability, environmental conservation, this programme will help participants to respond to the challenges and help you to understand  and develop innovating and practical approaches, shaping your world view and future career. 

Delivered by leading thinkers in the environmental and sustainable development sectors, the programme has been designed to be highly intensive and participatory with minimal formal lectures and maximum opportunity for experiential learning. inquiry based learning, practical exploration, dialogue, debate and analysis.
