EFC member  Compagnia di San Paolo has announced a new international project ‘The Pheonix Renewed’, aimed at attracting new life to the city of Turin, boosting its international prestige.

Vigna di Madama Reale – Vill Abegg is a prestigious villa and location with important history in Turin, and the project will encourage organisations, both public and private, individuals or groups, to settle here. The ultimate goal is to enhance a historical property and attract vitality, resources, skills and intelligence to the area.

In agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo and City of Turin the management contract on offer will last up to 60 years and provides a great opportunity for a variety of organisations, from cultural foundations to education and research centres.

Since 1992 Compagnia di San Paolo has managed the villa and its park and aims to make it accessible to citizens in the future, starting innovative education activities for children and young people. Furthermore, they are willing to consider support for the maintenance of the building to help the winning proposal achieve its goals.

Proposals can be sent to  phoenixrenewed@compagniadisanpaolo.it before the 16 July and can be written in English or Italian. The selected project will be announced as soon as possible, no later than the end of 2018.
