Supports the improvement in health for people with chronic diseases and conditions, via the following programmes:
'Medlink': supports educational programs for medical professionals to improve healthcare systems, primarily in low and middle-income countries where the lack of training is a barrier to quality healthcare.
'Patientlink': gives grants to patient associations that educate, support and advocate on behalf of patients with diseases or conditions for which Medtronic has a therapy.
'HeartRescue': stimulates awareness, education and training on sudden cardiac arrest.
