 European Learning Lab

The European Learning Lab is a collaborative learning event organised by the EFC and Fondazione Cariplo, held in Milan annually. It offers foundations opportunities to share and exchange knowledge among peers, to learn about new tools, techniques and approaches to enhance current foundation practices and to identify benchmarking opportunities that allow organisations to improve their processes.

The event is split in two modules, organized at the beginning of summer and the beginning of autumn. This structure allows participants to discuss and digest a larger amount of information, to test the skills and tips learned through summer “homework” assignments, to further analyse the subject matter and to ask questions or refocus the attention on particularly sensitive topics for the next module.

We are currently designing the upcoming edition of the Learning Lab and working on developing the main themes. If EFC members have any suggestions of certain topics they would like to discuss please contact us: Andrea Salvadori (asalvadori@efc.be) and Valentina Capata (vcapata@efc.be)

Participation in the Learning Lab is free and open for EFC members and affiliates.
