Bristol - Chopin I
Practice and process

Communication has never been as important as it is today. With information constantly available at our fingertips it is more crucial than ever that philanthropy communicates more effectively and strategically about the issues it works on. Often philanthropy works on topics that are highly debated by the public and receive much attention by the media. In these instances it is important that philanthropy be able to explain well why they are tackling certain sensitive issues and do so in a manner that is relevant to a wide audience. This session will put participants to work on practical cases where they will develop short communication pieces on a number of themes, including refugees, gender, disabilities and environment.
