YouthBank is a participatory youth empowerment programme seeking to build social cohesion in Bosnia and Herzegovina, run by the Mozaik Foundation.
YouthBank provides young people with grants for community projects and includes support from Mozaik teams and youth volunteers for training, project development support, fellowship opportunities and more. The programme has received widespread recognition, both locally and internationally, including an Innovation Award from Microsoft for youth programmes.
With 525 community projects funded over the last 10 years, YouthBank has helped to mobilise 2520 volunteers and raise significant contributions from local communities for youth empowerment projects.
