The Tailor-made International Exchange Programme Offering Learning Opportunities (TIEPOLO) is an exchange programme allowing foundation staff to develop their skills by spending time working in another foundation
The content of the programme is specially designed for each participant, so subjects depend on their area of work and the type of specialised knowledge that they would like to further develop
Who should attend:
Foundation staff working for EFC members, from any area of work or level of experience
What will I learn:
Knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning tailored specifically to the needs of each participant
Participants define a certain area of work they would like to learn more about and, in cooperation with the EFC, identify a foundation (Host Institution) in Europe that has expertise in the topic. Tiepolists spend five days at the Host Institution, partnered with an individual of similar professional background and responsibilities.
The TIEPOLO exchange programme is part of the EFC’s ongoing commitment to improving peer-learning and collaboration among its members. For more information on the EFC’s seven key priorities, please download the EFC Strategic Framework 2016-2022.
